What is Mind Body Spirit Release Technique™?
Mind Body Spirit Release Technique™ (MBSR™) is an emotional-energetic balancing technique originally developed by Tracy Southwick, ND. This technique supports the release of stress stored in the body across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual layers. It works by identifying and deactivating unresolved experiences held within the subconscious mind.
In my work, Mind Body Spirit Release Technique™ is used as part of an intuitive, integrative healing approach. Sessions are guided by what the body and energy field are communicating in the moment.
I work with the nervous system and emotional body to support regulation, release, and integration.
MBSR™ is woven into sessions to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and deeper subconscious integration. Rather than focusing on a single technique, it is incorporated alongside other subconscious and energetic modalities, as needed.
